Broken Down

Ok, I have been thinking about creating a blog on here for awhile and finally convinced myself to just get it done already. I have been having computer issues lately at home to which J is convinced that is all caused by MySpace.

I of course, have been addicted to MySpace for all of the scrapbooking sites and all of the talented women I admire on there. I love seeing their new works and I am not ready to give it up just yet. They really inspire me to be a better scrapper. I want to be so much better which I feel is difficult because creativity is locked up in my brain somewhere and I am really struggling to get it out.

I got some sad news at work today. A very sweet older co-worker of mine had a car accident last night on his way home from church. A man walking his dog, stepped out onto the busy road in front of his car. My co-worker never saw the man and struck him with his car. The man died at the scene. The dog survived with injuries. Needless to say, my heart goes out to the man who died and his family and also to my co-worker who has had his own share of heartache before this accident. I wish I could do something for the co-worker, but what do you do?

I am just thankful that is Friday, I am going to have a baby-free weekend, I'm going to spend time with my sister and parents, I am going to go to a new scrapbook store that I never knew about until 2 days ago...yes I am looking forward to this weekend.
