Today I went up to my parent's house to celebrate my Mom's birthday. I gave her a sewing item she requested and I also made her a chex mix creation that we have always called Nuts and Bolts. It is so addictively good and easy to make but it never lasts long in our house!
So while I was there, my Mom pulls out this jacket and hat that my grandmother made that both my sister & I wore when we were Kyra's age. Due to the warm temperatures we have been experiencing, Kyra has had no need for such a warm jacket. But she has worn it at least once. So precious!
