Today I decided to have another yard sale. The first one I had this year was a total bust, however the weather was against me that day. It was exceptionally windy that day and had blown down every one of my signs. So today, Heather and Rachel came over to help me sell my stuff and watch the kids.

I was able to sell all of the big baby items I had and a few other small knicknacks I didn't need.

I decided that I would keep Rachel and then bring her home later in the evening. I had some apples left in the house, so I taught her how to make an apple pie. She did everything from peeling the apples to measuring all the ingredients. After making the pie, and waiting for it to bake, she laid down on my chair. Spirit joined her for some affection, but he was out of luck because she fell asleep!



While she napped, I let Vaughn go out and ride his car with Kyra. Kyra loved riding in the back!



After a quick ride, the pie was done. I think it came out great!
