Christmas Crazy!

It has been a little while since I've updated and I am pleased to say that my Mom's birthday last Sunday was very nice. I ended up making her a star with pictures inside of herself, us kids and the grandkids. Under each picture I included a special memory that the individual pictured has of my mom. She really liked it and was surprised because she thought it was a book about Vaughn. I was very pleased and happy that I finished it somewhat on time. :)

I also had made her a marble cake with chocolate frosting. Let's just say the cake turned out more like a crumb cake it was so moist, but it was delicious. I have pictures but have not uploaded a thing to my computer. I hope to post everything this weekend.

I am almost finished adding pages to my grandmother's album. I think she will be pleased but I need to acquire more "older" pictures of us girls and get dates on them. My mom was terrible about writing on the back for the date of the picture so that is a joint effort by me bugging her on how old we were in the pics. I think I will have to give her a new album because the Vaughn portion of the album is taking up lots of space!

This weekend is going to be busy busy busy! I need to finish wrapping gifts, making gifts and go out socializing. Of course when I have a million things to do, that is when I get invited to things. I hate saying "No" so I am going to make an effort to get things done and hang out with my friends.
