I decided it was time to give Kyra "real" food. She always watches me so intently when I eat so I figured she was ready to try some for herself. I made sure the other family photographer would be home and wouldn't miss this milestone. She wasn't really sure about it at first but I think ultimately she decided she liked it.
Vaughn enjoyed watching her eat, especially when she kept grabbing for the spoon. He thought that was hilarious!

How did she do swallowing? Did she keep it in her mouth or spit it out? That is pretty funny the pic of her grabbing at the spoon. I can tell you're trying to keep it away from her by the way your hand is so high up in the air.
