A few weeks ago my 11 year old vacuum died, at least to use for carpet or sweep. The tools still worked. So I did some research for good vacuums in my price range and this is the one I decided on.
I love how all the tools are stored up front.
It is the Hoover Anniversary Edition Windtunnel, bagless. I decided on bagless because I thought it may be more cost efficient and I hate dealing with bags! I ordered it online because of course, no store carried the silly thing. As soon as I got it home and put it together I tested it out. I can't believe how awesome this thing is! Who knew I could go on and on about a vacuum cleaner!
I was so excited I brought it upstairs to my room. The only problem is, I think our old vacuum wasn't really doing a great job for awhile now because I had to empty that canister I can't tell you how many times. It was SO GROSS! But I like how it empties, and the filters are easy to clean. It just looks so nice. I am very pleased with my purchase.

OMG you are an old married woman talking about your sensible purchase that helps you be a better mother and homeowner. You should be paid by Hoover for this blog entry!! I'm totally with you though. Love it when the research pays off on a big purchase!!
