Today was a nice day to go visit Misty, Madelyn and Wesley at the pool. I had my parents bring down Vaughn's life jacket, but he was such a pill. Lately he is becoming more and more afraid of the water instead of less. I am so frustrated and I think the only thing that will work is Justin and his way of talking Vaughn off the ledge so to speak. I'm hoping I can break Justin away from his homework long enough that we can take him swimming. Maybe Justin will be able to work his magic again. He has a way of talking to Vaughn that really gets through to him. Must be a Daddy/Son thing.

Oh that pool looks SO refreshing!! It's been 101 here in So Cal!! And humid!! YUCK!!! I can' wait until James is old enough to hang out at the pool!
That must be frustrating that he doesn't like to go in the water. I think swimming lessons might help. Someday he'll get hot enough and see that everyone else is having fun IN the pool and he'll join you.
