Today I finally joined the gym. It helped that Dad sent me a check for the membership fee. It was free enrollment this week, which also helped and I am able to have 3 free personal training sessions.

Mike, my friend and co-worker recommended Nolan as a trainer and my first session will be this Friday at 9 a.m. No workout is expected, it is just the analysis of where I am and where I want to be.

I am really hoping that since my friends are going to this gym and the membership fee includes daycare so I can take the kids and workout for 2 hours (well I don't think I will be using the entire time) and not worry about getting a sitter.

We'll see!

Yayyy!! for joining the gym and surviving it during the first few weeks is very difficult. Dont give up and push yourself to the gym as regularly as you can.

Coincidentally, Nolan was my trainer at Lifestyle and he is very good. All the best for those 'torture' sessions.
