Today was Vaughn's 5 year old check-up. This is a very busy time of year because of requirements for school physicals, so we usually have to wait to see the doctor. This was the first year Vaughn was asked to put on this cute gown. He had been pretending
he was a ninja in his gown. Luckily he didn't manage to tear it before being seen!
Doctor said he is perfectly healthy but unfortunately, he was going to have two shots today. This is the aftermath:
But he was proud to show off his band-aids and was fully over it by the time we reached the check-out desk where he was allowed to pick out a sticker.

Those shots in the legs hurt. But look at the cute band-aids he got. And he's got his cup and snack plus a sticker so what else could a boy need? Glad to hear he's healthy even though he doesn't eat his vegetables. LOL!
