Today I met Misty for the first time in person. I met her originally in MySpace through scrapbooking groups. It is nice that not only is she semi-local to me and scrapbooks when time permits, but she also has a daughter that is only a month older than Kyra. It is so wonderful!
I took Kyra over to Misty's house for some scrapbooking and for the little girls to play together. We didn't get to scrap much, but I did manage to squeak out this two-page layout. 
Unfortunately, Kyra didn't take very well to Misty's husband, but I think it was more that she was tired. He was so sweet to her, I felt bad that all she did was cry in his face.
Madelyn and Kyra got along really well. They played very nice together and both tried to try walking around, but would not make any attempts unassisted.
Overall, this was a great afternoon.

It's so fun to have friends with kids your kids ages. Especially friends that share your love of scrapbooking. I think this is the beginning of a beautiful thing for you!!
