Kyra is just full of surprises this week!
First she started grabbing her feet. She is not trying to put them in her mouth yet, but she does enjoy grabbing them and pulling them up towards her.
9/19/08
I personally don't give Kyra a bottle very often, but today it was a necessity as I wasn't able to pump at work until very late and I knew Kyra would be hungry pretty much by the time we got home. So I have her a bottle and I wanted to start trying to get her to hold the bottle herself. I knew she would hold it a little bit and I propped a shirt of mine underneath her to assist her. She actually held it herself for most of the time and only needed minor assistance from me near the end...when she was practically asleep!
Then today (9/21/08) she rolled over from her back to to her tummy. This was so cute and I was amazed because her older brother didn't roll over from his tummy to his back until he was almost 5 months old. My little over-achiever!
She starts out holding her feet, then she will roll over to one side. Then she will manuever herself and roll the rest of the way onto her tummy. I had her on her playmat on her back. I had been watching Vaughn play and when I looked back at her, she was on her tummy. Of course, I thought it was a fluke so I put her back onto her back and sure enough after a few minutes she slowly rolled over onto her tummy. I am so proud of her!

That's awesome that you have kept track of all these milestones. And those pictures of her rolling are great. You captured it every step!
